Additional Notes

We book all eligible UK mainland orders on a next working day service when placed before 2pm Monday–Friday. While we dispatch promptly, delivery times are dependent on the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
If your delivery is delayed beyond 7 working days (UK) or outside the estimated delivery window (international), we will contact you with an update.
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Payment & Delivery Address Policy

For security and fraud prevention purposes, the payment card used must be registered to the billing address provided at checkout.

We are able to ship to residential home addresses or verified business/work addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, shops, serviced apartments, or temporary accommodation addresses.

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If changes are required, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again with the correct details.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery on the agreed date and that the delivery location is accessible for the delivery vehicle. If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, or the property is inaccessible despite prior arrangements, Bell Tent Boutique reserves the right to charge any additional costs incurred, including failed delivery charges, storage, return to sender and redelivery costs. These charges may be deducted from any refund or must be paid before redelivery is arranged.

Click & Collect

Prefer to collect your order? No problem! We offer a free Click & Collect service from our warehouse in Old Dalby, Leicestershire.

Same-day collection is available Monday to Friday, including orders placed after 2pm. As long as we're able to prepare your order before closing, you can collect it that day.

Monday to Friday: 10am – 4pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm
Sunday: Closed

Please note: Our warehouse team does not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

If you place an order over the weekend, it won't be ready for collection until Monday at the earliest, once you've received your Ready for Collection notification.

Orders that have already been prepared can still be collected on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm.

We share our building with Funbikes, whose signage is much more prominent than ours. When you arrive, look out for the Funbikes signs and head into their entrance.

What to Bring

For security, please bring valid photo ID when collecting your order, such as a driving licence or passport, showing your name and billing address.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please email us in advance with their name. They'll also need to bring their own valid photo ID.

We'll need to take a photocopy of the ID for our records, which is stored securely on-site as a paper copy only and is not uploaded or shared.

We're unable to release orders without the required ID or if you don't consent to it being copied.
