Prices may change from time to time, however any changes in prices will not affect you if your order has already been accepted.
If you wish to pay by cheque this is possible however we will not dispatch your order until the cheque has cleared.
We reserve the right to reject any orders with insufficient payment including fraudulent transactions or if we are currently out of stock of any particular goods.

Refunds and Returns
If you have cancelled your order with us within the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund you in full if your return is received within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage to us. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product via email email@example.com or alternatively you can call us on +44 (0)115 9663535. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
Faulty Damaged Goods
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. We will either deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
If you have returned a faulty item and want a refund we will have to check the faulty item. Once we have established the fault you will be refunded for the item and for the return postage. Our return postage refund is limited to £9.99, if you think it will cost you more than this to return it back to us, please contact us to organise collection.
If you cannot show us the fault prior to returning the item, you will be asked to initially pay the return postage to us. If a fault is found this will then be refunded to you, again only up to the value of £9.99
You will not be entitle to a refund if you accidentally damage the item, misuse it, cause a fault, try to repair it, or use it in a manner for which it was not intended.
If you require a refund or replacement it is up to you as the customer to prove you purchased the item from us. If the item was given to you as a gift, we would need to speak to the person who purchased the item from us.
Refunds will be made by the way of purchase, i.e credit card, debit card, cash.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects these legal rights.
If you place an order for delivery outside the UK, you might have to pay import tax or duties when it reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes. It is up to you to make sure you comply with the laws and regulations of the country you are dispatching the items too. We will not be liable for any breach by you of such laws.
Exclusions of Liability
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use, loss of an opportunity even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default. We are not liable if we do not fulfil any obligations towards you at all as a result of:
Circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to):
Acts of god including earthquakes, cyclones, storms, flooding, fire, disease, fog, snow or frost;
Force majeure including (but not limited to) war, accidents, acts of public enemies, strikes, embargoes, perils of the air, local disputes or civil commotions;
National or local disruptions in air or ground transportation networks and mechanical problems to modes of transport or machinery;
latent defects or inherent vice in the contents of the shipment; criminal acts of third parties such as theft and arson.
