We offer free shipping for UK orders(*), regardless of order value.

Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 working days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.
*Certain UK remote postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge. If applicable, we will contact you after your order is placed before dispatch to confirm the additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide!
Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any applicable VAT, import taxes, or duties are automatically calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
All taxes and duties are paid upfront at checkout, so there are no additional charges on delivery for most destinations

Additional Notes
- We book all eligible UK mainland orders on a next working day service when placed before 2pm Monday–Friday. While we dispatch promptly, delivery times are dependent on the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
- If your delivery is delayed beyond 7 working days (UK) or outside the estimated delivery window (international), we will contact you with an update.
- If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Payment & Delivery Address Policy
For security and fraud prevention purposes, the payment card used must be registered to the billing address provided at checkout.
We are able to ship to residential home addresses or verified business/work addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, shops, serviced apartments, or temporary accommodation addresses.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to amend the delivery address. If changes are required, the order will need to be cancelled and placed again with the correct details.
