Tents Warranty

Warranty & Repair: Enjoy peace of mind with our 24-month warranty and 5* customer service. Our team is here to assist with tent maintenance and spares and offer repair advice.

All Bell Tent Boutique tents come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers manufacturing issues such as stitching, missing parts and waterproofing. Any product or any component of the product found to be defective or missing will be repaired to working order or replaced with the same or similar model at the discretion of Bell Tent Boutique LTD without charge, at our expense 

This warranty does not extend to the poles or zippers as these can often be misused.

Our warranty does not apply to damage that is not from a manufacturing defect, It does not cover for damage caused by wear and tear or adverse weather conditions. It is recommended that tents should not be pitched or left up in wind speeds above 30mph (pre-galle force). In these circumstances, replacement parts are available in our shop.

The Bell Tent Boutique warranty is not transferable. The warranty does not cover professional and long term use, our tents are designed for leisure camping and our warranty specifically covers leisure camping use. For tents that are erected semi-permenantly we will cover manufacturing defects for the length of the warranty. Our warranty does not cover mould or mildew as we have no control over the conditions the tent is left up in or how it has been stored. If your tent has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipment, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage and contact us so we can confirm and resolve the issue immediately.  The warranty is provided by Bell Tent Boutique LTD and this policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. This does not affect your statutory rights

Delivery Information

We offer FREE Next Day Shipping on items over £20 to most parts of the UK. Single items under £20 will be shipped FREE via an Economy 2-3 day delivery service.

All goods ordered before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Our regular deliveries are made Mon- Fri between 08:00 and 19:00 (except during public holidays).

Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment. 

If a delivery is expected to be delayed beyond 7 days we will contact you by email or telephone, at this point, you will have the option to cancel your order.

If you are ordering over the weekend, your first potential delivery day will be the following Tuesday. (Wednesday after Bank Holidays)

Some items on our website come directly from our suppliers and will be shipped separately.

For larger orders that require a pallet please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK.

Surcharges

Delivery to most of the UK is free of charge. There is a surcharge for delivery to Southern Ireland (The Republic of Ireland), Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland and the islands such as Jersey, The Isle of Man, The Isle of Wight and Guernsey. The surcharge for these locations can be seen in the table below. Additional delivery charges to these locations are determined by the dimensions and weight of the item(s) being ordered. 

Shipping costs for orders anywhere other than mainland UK will be quoted at the end of your order.

Security

For your security, all of our deliveries require a signature. The courier will try to deliver the products to your address, and, if no-one is home, will try a neighbor and leave you a card to let you know where your delivery is. If they're unsuccessful, they will leave you a card, and you can call them to arrange another delivery time. If you experience any problems with a delivery contact us or call us on 0115 9663535

All orders paid with by card can only be shipped to the billing address, and orders paid for via Paypal to the confirmed address on the account.

Express service (excluding those destinations detailed in the chart above)

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly (within 24 hours) so that we can replace your goods as quickly as possible.

Worldwide Shipping.

We ship worldwide with DHL. Our site will calculate international shipping for most products, but if your location is not listed contact us with your location and the products you'd like to ship.

You may be responsible for customs clearance, duties & taxes due in your respective country. For shipments outside of the UK we will deduct our 20% VAT at the checkout.
