Delivery
Order before 2 pm Monday–Friday, and we'll dispatch your items the same day, with most parcels arriving the next working day for UK orders.
UK Shipping
We offer free shipping for UK orders(*), regardless of order value.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves us. All deliveries require a signature.
Larger orders that require a pallet may take up to 7 working days. Some products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately.
*Some remote areas of the UK may be subject to a delivery surcharge depending on the size and weight of your order. Any additional charges will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! All orders come with customs and duties paid for Europe, the USA, and international. There are no extra fees at delivery(*).
Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and applicable taxes or duties are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Additional Notes
- Our delivery service is not guaranteed the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- We'll contact you if your delivery is delayed beyond 7 days (UK) or the estimated window (international).
- If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please let us know within 24 hours so we can sort it out quickly.
- Orders paid by card can only be shipped to the billing address, and orders paid for via Paypal to the confirmed address on the account.
