Hassle-Free Returns

We're confident you'll love your new camping equipment, but if for any reason you decide you’d like to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible after receiving it. You can email us at hello@belltentboutique.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return it, and then a further 14 days from that point to send it back.

All returns must be received in new and unused condition, in their original packaging. Once pitched, items are not eligible for return. If an item is returned showing signs of use or wear, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.

If you are returning your order from within the UK and it's unused and in original packaging, you'll receive a full refund including standard delivery charges, as long as it's returned within the 14-day period. If you selected a premium delivery service, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded. You will be responsible for the return postage.

Returns received after the 14-day window but within 30 days of purchase will be accepted under our goodwill policy, and a 3% restocking fee will apply. Used items returned within the 14-day period will incur a 35% depreciation fee. Used items cannot be returned after this time.

Customers in the EU may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping charges, any customs or duty fees incurred, and a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item and any customs paperwork.

For orders placed outside the UK and EU, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us immediately with supporting photos so we can assist you.

When you return your item, please include either your original order paperwork or a short note with your name, contact details, order number, and reason for return. This helps us process your return quickly once received.

Please send all returns using a tracked service and keep your tracking number for your records. You can check the tracking on your courier’s website.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it as quickly as possible — usually within 5 working days. We'll confirm by email once your return has been received and refunded.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
