How to request a return
Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

Logging into your customer account and submitting a return request
Please include your name and order number (for example, BTB#1234A).
Once you've notified us that you'd like to return your order, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
Return postage
We do not offer free returns.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be complete and returned with all accessories, components, manuals and original product packaging wherever possible.
Customers may inspect goods as they would in a shop before deciding whether to keep them. However, if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
For our products, this includes (but is not limited to):

Tents that have been pitched or otherwise used.

Stoves that have been assembled, lit or used.

Products returned damaged due to inadequate packaging during transit.
As many of our products cannot be resold as new once they have been used or assembled, any reduction in value will be assessed based on the condition of the returned goods.
UK customers
For customers purchasing within the United Kingdom, our standard returns policy applies as set out above.
Returns requested outside our stated returns period may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to an administration or restocking charge where appropriate.
European Union customers
If you are purchasing from an EU member state, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to withdraw from the purchase and return the goods within 14 days of that notification.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
For returns from the European Union, parcels must be sent back with any applicable customs declarations completed correctly and with all duties and taxes paid where required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that incur customs charges upon re-entry into the UK.

Please include either your original order paperwork or a note with your name, contact details, order number and reason for return. This helps us process your return more quickly.
Once your return has been received, we aim to inspect and process it within 5 working days. We'll email you to confirm when your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
